Use of this website

You may browse and share our content for personal and business reference. You may not copy, republish or resell our content or designs without permission. All trademarks, logos and content remain the property of NEXT SEO24 unless stated otherwise.

Our services

The scope, deliverables and fees for any engagement are agreed separately in writing. Prices shown on this site, including promotional rates, are indicative and may change; the rate confirmed at sign-up applies for your billing period.

No ranking guarantees

SEO results depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and competition. We deliver work to professional, guideline-compliant standards, but we do not and cannot guarantee a specific ranking position. Any claim to "guarantee #1" by any provider should be treated with caution.

Payments and cancellation

Retainer services are billed monthly with no long lock-in. We ask for a fair notice period so work in progress can be completed. Fees already incurred for delivered work are non-refundable.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NEXT SEO24 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
